because she loves the challenge and the bonus of self-discovery. After

Elaine McCoy,

Elaine’s
passion for yoga came as a result of Thai Massage treatments that helped her
broken body heal. She actually traveled to Chiangmai, Thailand to study

Massage was lazy man’s yoga and that she could accomplish the same
thing by practicing yoga, Elaine began doing just that in 2001. She became
a dedicated practitioner and has recently completed her 200- hour teacher
training at Yoga at the Village. She is currently working toward her
RYT-500.
