Private and Small Group Sessions
Why a Private or Semi-Private Session?
Several reasons: 1) A new student wants to be introduced to basic postures and
concepts, with one-on-one instruction, before entering a classroom situation.
2) A group of friends/colleagues/family want to share the cost/time of private
instruction together. 3) An experienced student wants to deepen his or her
practice by tackling more complicated and challenging postures under the careful
observation and expertise of an experienced instructor. Teaching proper
form, function in a safe and nurturing environment is always our concern. |
