Savasana may be the only time during your week that you are quiet and still, not striving, doing, going or sleeping, but just being present and consciously relaxing. It is meditation in and of itself. Savasana is an invaluable gift to both students and teachers who seek their own inner peace and/or wish to help enhance the lives of others.
